Machine control

The Baka production module integrates with various machines and robots such as Perfect Cut / Optima, Lisec machines via GPS line server, Trout machines, Knittel robotics, Battellino kit robot, Schraml machines and Lombarda spacer bender. The system optimises glass layout in the tempering furnace and ensures efficient control of the entire production line.

Optimisation tempering furnace

Optimises the arrangement of glass in the tempering furnace, taking into account different types of glass and adjustable space between glass panels. The layout is displayed on a screen at the beginning and end of the furnace.
