Our system automatically generates notifications when action needs to be taken. These notifications are converted into a to-do list, which can be assigned to specific colleagues, so everyone knows exactly what to do and by whom.
Notifications can be assigned to various departments such as sales, purchasing or billing. Colleagues can check off notifications when they're completed, so it's clear who did what. Employees can also sign up to receive an email when there's a new alert, which is useful for departments that don't work with Baka full-time.
Upload documents and photos directly into the system and determine where this information comes back (quote, invoice, order, field service, internal). Emails can be edited before they are sent, and you can set up email templates for consistency. Sending emails is done directly from your own company email.
Our advanced search engine makes it easy to find orders. You can search the entire system by pressing '/', which allows quick navigation through the system. In addition, you can tag colleagues within orders, which is useful for internal questions or tasks.
Make someone responsible for an order, mark orders as urgent, or put orders on hold when waiting for an external party. Orders can also be marked “to check” for extra control. Switch between map view and table view, depending on your preference, and save filter combinations as shortcuts for later use. Standard memos can be defined and reused for quick input of frequently used texts.
